The beans selected for my original Roost Roast are derived from Brazil. It’s a medium/dark roast that works well with an espresso machine, French press or regular drip. With mild acidity, it has flavors of dark chocolate, brown sugar and granola with a velvety mouth feel. Delicious!

Hot, iced, blended or over a scoop of ice cream for an affogato, I love it all. My quest for good beans began long ago with my sister Stevie leading the way. She is my partner in crime when it comes to coffee.
Several years ago Stevie began her journey roasting coffee beans. What began as a hobby for her, has since turned into a small business.
Along with her guidance, I have sampled beans from all regions to select what I think are the best for my Roost Specialty Roast.
A true labor of love has resulted in a custom cup of coffee every morning in my own kitchen. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
